This policy explains how ELASTOVA (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company in Pakistan ("Elastova", "we", "us"), handles information on elastova.com. Elastova is a pre-launch app, an AI coach for people dealing with loose skin. Right now this website only lets you join our waitlist.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect:

  • Your email address, which you type in yourself.

  • Basic sign-up details sent with it: the page you signed up from and the date and time.

We don't ask for your name, health information or payment details on this website.

Why we use it

We use your email only to tell you about Elastova's launch and send related updates, such as early access. We collect it because you choose to give it to us, and we rely on that consent. You can withdraw it at any time.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and the waitlist:

  • Framer hosts this website. It may collect basic technical data (such as browser, device and pages visited) and use cookies to run and measure the site. See Framer's privacy policy for details.

  • Our service providers (such as Cloudflare) store waitlist emails for us.

These providers only process the data to provide their services to us. Some of them may process data outside Pakistan.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until Elastova launches, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If we want to keep emailing you after launch, we'll give you an easy way to opt out.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy

  • correct it

  • delete it

  • stop emailing you

Just email abdur@elastova.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. If you're in the EU, UK or California, you may also have extra rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA, and we'll honour requests made under them.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.

Children

This website isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Talk to a qualified doctor about any health concern, including loose skin or weight loss treatment.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when the app launches. We'll change the effective date above, and if the changes are significant, we'll let waitlist members know by email.
